Here is the text of a post I made on the discussion board for the Facebook group explaining what I propose to do to debunk the Georgia Guidestones nonsense.

Joe Lowes is "TruthIsReal" who was banned here for incessant spamming.

"So, Joe has come to us with articles claiming that the Georgia Guidestones, a monument created in 1979 in Georgia with messages inscribed on it in various languages. He believes that these Guidestones were intended to predict the creation of the Burj Khalifa, a skyscraper in the Middle East that is supposed to have some "New World Order" connotations. The "evidence" for this linkage is some sort of numerical correlation between features on the Guidestones and those of the Burj Khalifa.

Nick and I have called bullshit on this conspiracy theory.

However, I am ready to do an experiment that will prove beyond all doubt that numerological correlations are bullshit. Here's how it will work.

Joe, I want you to pick any prominent building in the world. It must be prominent enough to have a full Wikipedia article on it (and not a stub). Take your pick. Sears Tower, Empire State Building, the Bonaventure Hotel, the Washington Monument, whatever. Choose at random and post your choice here in this topic. (Obviously the Burj Khalifa is off limits).

Then I will connect the Georgia Guidestones, using numerology contained in or associated with the Guidestones, with the building you choose at random, meaning, I will "demonstrate" some connection between the Guidestones and your randomly-chosen building.

If I am not able to do it, that would tend to indicate that the supposed "connection" between the Georgia Guidestones and the Burj Khalifa is more than coincidence. If I am able to do it, however, that will tend to indicate that the connection is solely in the eye of the beholder and not because of some predetermined plan.

Win or lose, I will post the results of this experiment on the ConspiracyScience.com blog. If I win, however, you will make a public statement that the Georgia Guidestones have been debunked.

What do you (Joe) say? Considering you seem to believe the Guidestones are unimpeachably connected to the Burj Khalifa, you would seem to have little to lose, and I will eat shit on Consp-Sci which you can trumpet to your conspiracy theorist friends.

Remember, the choice of the second building is totally up to you. Therefore you know I'm not fixing the experiment ahead of time.

Do we have a go? Keep in mind, this may take at least a few days."

Please let me know if you think this experiment is in any way unfair. I seriously doubt Joe will agree and he'll pussy out on some stupid grounds, because CTs above all else avoid any empirical testing of their beliefs.

Very interesting proposal, looking forward to the results!

Though, how can Lowes respond if he's been banned?

Edit: Nevermind, I see it's a re-post from the facebook page.

Update: the challenge was accepted, much to my surprise. He picked the Empire State Building and the Sears Tower.

This will be a fun project!

Oh, look what I found!!

>>"This depopulation urge echoes desires by those at the pinnacle of society, as can be seen here:

“If I were reincarnated I would wish to be returned to earth as a killer virus to lower human population levels.” – Prince Phillip, Duke of Edinburgh, leader of the World Wildlife Fund – quoted in “Are You Ready For Our New Age Future?,”Insiders Report, American Policy Center, December ‘95

and here: “A total population of 250-300 million people, a 95% decline from present levels, would be ideal.”- – Ted Turner – CNN founder and UN supporter – quoted in the McAlvany Intelligence Advisor, June ‘96

And the statements of John Holdren: http://zombietime.com/john_holdren/, a desciple of the Eugenicist Harrison Brown: http://zombietime.com/john_holdren_and_harrison_brown/</p>

I strongly suggest people read the following: http://www.prisonplanet.com/the-population-reduction-agenda-for-dummies.html</p>

Some of that is corroborated in an information hub I made: http://www.outlawjournalism.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5123

Yes that was me. I hate to Admit it. That is actully the site that the experiment is going to be about.
Sil did you do a discussion about Common Sense Renewed a cuple months ago? Any way it appiers that the CT about the Georgia Guidestones started with Mike Dice.

How strange.

The crazed, seemingly violent Truth Is Real turned out to be more sensible than Ben, who always appeared somewhat composed may end up being the crazed and violent one.

Just shows, you never can tell.

I do recall starting a thread about the Guide stones, I can't remember if we talked about 'Common Sense Renewed' though, sorry. :(

Ah yeah, I guess I did touch on 'Common Sense Renewed' then.

Please Matt, don't be jealous because she coined the term "Grand Conspiracy Ideology" before you could.

Well anyways Sil; the link that I posted a while ago is how you could get the book. But I don't not sure if it is even worth it. It may be a lot of New Age stuff.

Paperback copies are $15 and leather-bound hardback copies are $25.
Make out a check to “Joe Fendley, Jr.” and send it to

Elberton Granite Association
ATTN: Frankie Dove
P.O. Box 640
Elbertron, GA 30635
(706) 283-2551

For $15 you could become a member of the Je....I mean Illuminati.

Yeah, she also lectured us on how terribly unfair we are to Truthers by not supporting a new investigation into 9/11 to investigate nothing.

"Yeah, she also lectured us on how terribly unfair we are to Truthers by not supporting a new investigation into 9/11 to investigate nothing."

They would claim that NIST did not include Richard Gage or Judy Wood's "research."

From the look of it somebody posted some of the chapters of Common Sense Renewed on this mesage board back in 2005 and then stoped.

In regard to Common Sense Renewed I was reading this article. The manuseript was left at the Elberton Granite Association 1986 with a note. The note was somebody calling himself Robert Christien; asking them to print it and sell in their gift shop.
P.S. I am starting to feel that this CT is more from the end time nuts.

Posted 1 hour ago"

Going over the comments section of the skeptoid episode, it really does seem that way. Lots of comments about how the things written on the guide stones are signs of the end times, like One World Government... even though that's not what it's advocating at all. CT's will see what they want to see, I guess.
