Well he did agree whole-heatedly with Mallette that the imaginary elite who imaginary attacked his imaginary farm should be annihilated. His income rests on SSI checks, renting out his trailer and e-begging and he has said so on his show. He has guests like StormCloudsGathering where they talk about conspiracies and collapse porn. He e-cross-dresses. He's in the possess of making a conspiracy theory film about gubermint A.I. trolls. He supports a political candidate who hangs out with Holocaust deniers. He's saying his custody battle might come down to a fight.

It's possible.

With the trail of destruction Neil has left on the Internet over the years, any lawyer with even a shred of competence would have no problem decimating him in court. Neil is e-famous for all the wrong reasons.

How about:

Should I go find gainful employment or sit at home making internet radio shows?

I agree with all of the above. I think one thing VTV overlooks above anything else is the fact that he doesn't have a J O B. He's incapable of taking care of himself properly let alone another human-being in my opinion. When he started making his money problems the publics problem when he wrote that blog e-begging for money (I think two years ago now), those should of been red flags to VTV to actually try and find a real job instead of making such excuses like he has in the past that he has heel spurrs, that he can't find a job because Michigan economy is the worst place ever, or that he may have cancer in the lungs.

If I was a lawyer I'd be looking for all the places VTV e-begs at and claim that he does not have a steady income to take care of his children based on his e-begging activities online. Granted not having a job for a few years would be a problem to overcome in court. This isn't even taking into account VTV's ethics, lying, lying to cover a lie, and various other things. If a lawyer is looking I'm sure he's been looking at SP site a few times in his or her searches.
