TVP needs $300,000 to write Jacque Fresco biography! ALL GIVE YOUR MONEY TO TVP!!! Roxanne wants everybody to donate and raise as much money as possible for this!

CT's don't READ books... Why do they need $300,000 to write Fresco's biography? For a guy who self-proclaims himself with so many titles why can't he write the biography himself, for almost nothing? Whatever happened to the now $200,000 dollar big budget movie? Can we now say the $200,000 big budget movie is officially dead...

The story of one man's vision to change the world.
Launched: Apr 1, 2013
Funding ends: May 1, 2013
Remind me
Do you ever wonder about the future?

Will it be a fantastic world of amazing human ingenuity? Or more of the same human stupidity we allow around us today?

If our present, and our past, are any indication, man''s future will stay the course. Most people will work at jobs they would rather not be doing, scrape and scrap for everything they''ve got while hoping and praying it''s enough or that they won''t get fired, enjoy the weekends and holidays, go back to work, risk their lives in traffic, dodge criminals, fight in wars, watch TV or surf the web at night, bitch about prices, pay them anyway, somehow raise a family through it all, and die. Sound familiar?

What if it could be better? Much better.

What if we could design our future? What if we could solve society''s problems? Government''s problems? The world''s problems? What if we created a future of abundance and prosperity for every man, woman, and child on the planet?

I know a man who thinks we can. He''s been working on it for close to a century. And, he''s figured out how to do it.

Total City System of the Future
My name is Wilson Hawthorne. I own a small company (one employee, me) called Eyeland Telemedia. I''m writing the biography of a man named Jacque Fresco. Born in 1916, Fresco has spent a lifetime developing solutions to society''s problems -- all of them. By applying science, he has redesigned all aspects of our culture so that they work. The past forty years he has lived amidst his ideas in a scale-model city of the future, a research facility he calls The Venus Project. Fresco''s vision is global and comprehensive. It addresses all areas of human life. He has found answers to physical necessities, like food and water production, housing, transportation, engineering, and clean energy, to the more esoteric issues surrounding education, human behavior, government, and financial systems. His goals are not self-serving. His motivation has absolutely nothing to do with monetary profit. His ideas are unlike anything you''ve seen or heard. And, they make sense. To cover them all would take......well, you''ll have to read the book.

Check out www.TheVenusProject.com for more info, if you like.

Inside Fresco's Research Center
But, the most fascinating, and inspiring, aspect of Fresco''s story is how he came to be Fresco in the first place, how he managed to part from the sea of humanity while immersing himself in it. His quest for answers spanned decades and landed him in the far corners of the globe. His conversations with people like Albert Einstein and Buckminster Fuller furthered a lifelong passion to propel our culture to new heights. His countless designs and inventions put him in a league with Leonardo DaVinci and Thomas Edison. Automobiles with just thirty-two moving parts. Operational flying saucers in the 1930's. 3D television without the use of glasses in the 1940''s. Low cost, self-erecting buildings and complete circular city systems. The list goes on. He is an accomplished writer, artist, film-maker, psychologist, industrial designer, teacher, architect, and futurist.

At the same time, Fresco is a humble human who patiently explains how any of us can do the same things and look at the world the same way.

The Fresco story is too vast to fit into an ordinary book.

His biography contains thousands of drawings, photographs, and videos of his designs. It includes hundreds of hours of audio and video interview footage recorded over the years. Decades of books, documentaries, magazine and newspaper articles report his story. To compress this information into a printed volume small enough to fit in your car, I have decided to present the Fresco biography in a slightly different way.

QR Code for my website
By using QR codes scattered throughout the pages, readers may access all the above material with mobile devices like smart phones or tablets. E-book viewers will link directly via hypertext. QR codes bring supporting information, interviews, animations, films, and images to your fingertips in ways conventional printed materials can''t. At about 250 pages, the book will use a lot less paper, too.

My Kickstarter project is this: Share Jacque Fresco''s biography with the world for free, by sharing it with you.

How? Your $15 donations cover the expense of creating, printing, and shipping 40,000 copies. As a backer, you provide the funds to produce and distribute two copies. You receive one copy in the mail. A second copy is sent in your name to a library in the U.S. public library system. There are just over 19,000 of those. Individuals and libraries outside the United States have the choice of receiving physical books with an additional shipping cost, or e-book versions at no extra charge. Leftover funds will be used to promote the existence of the book to the world.

I''m writing the biography now. It will be edited and finished by the end of 2013. This will be the sixth book I''ve published.

If you''re considering backing this project, I encourage you to watch the brief video for more information. I''m also a professional video producer. I hope you like it.

Thanks.

Risks and challenges Learn about accountability on Kickstarter

I've been writing professionally for over 30 years, mostly articles and television scripts. Over the last few years I've written six novels, published five of them. The kickstarter funds don't affect the completion of this biography.

What the project will fund is the distribution of the first printing. It's pretty straightforward. I've done the math and the $15 donations will cover printing and shipping of 40,000 reward copies. I guess a risk would be if printing and shipping costs increased dramatically between now and March 2014. I've added padding to accommodate a nominal increase. If funds are left over they will be used for promotion.

Their hard core ideologically aligned believers will buy it and promote it yes. Even after funding them to make it, they would purchase it.

However most of their conspiracy theorist followers who found them through zeitgeist would probably never bother to buy it or read it, they would probably only read it or part of it via a free download EPUB format.

And the loss of profits and copyrighting and downloading is my suspicion why they are going for hard copies, they want to make as much profit as possible from hard sales before putting it online as an EPUB.

Plus some of the original Fresco hard copy books were swapping hands for hundreds of dollars, and I can bet you that since it was all self published stuff, Fresco was selling some of those himself on ebay, amazon etc from his unsold back stocks. No doubt another thing he looks to capitalise off is profitable rare exclusivity of hard copies from this new book .

One thing I realised a long time ago about these two is they are in fact two business people looking to make profits. Anyone who does research into both their histories will see it.

It's screwed up think of it this way. They get $200,000 in donation for the TVP big budget movie to hire a script writer, then (like I predicted) they end up firing the script writer and claiming to write the script themsevles. Why can't Roxanne and Fresco write the biography themsevles instead of letting someone else do it for $300,000? I would think writing a biography is easier than writing a big budget movie script.

Because it's not even about writing the book, it's about getting someone else to pay them to do something they were going to do in the first place. He probably has most of it draughted out and ready to go.

They would have written books over and over anyway, but they just want to make more money and have less outgoings from their own revenue streams to fund the projects they do.

If you look at it in simplistic terms, they are basically asking people to pay them to write a book, and pay for its publishing and manufacturing processes. In order for them to sell it and make all the profits, without having to refund the money. Remember their business articles state they are in fact a promotions and publications company set up to sell publications to benefit its members [Jacque & Roxanne] as shown here:

https://anticultist.wordpress.com/2010/01/18/the-venus-project-is-not-just-non-profit/

Something they will of not had quite as much access to a few years back when they were writing and publishing, was other suckers wallets. This is just a continuation of what they do only now they have a wider access to dummies who will fund them.

Yeah, the failed businessman vibe is desperately strong. Just like the startup founders I always meet at networking events who just happened to switch to a MLM model after failing to find any customers for their superfluous products, TVP and its jobless crowd depend on finding new ways to exploit their support base or they'll run out of money.

I don't even get why people even ask "how's the project coming along" - "very well" - "care to share anything in particular" - "no, but this thing we've been working on for decades is really making good progress" anymore.

If there's one thing we can learn from him and Mallette is that Zeitards don't have money unless it's to Peter Joseph Merola or Jacque Fresco to more YouTube videos.
