I know you read these forums, so I'll tell you exactly why I enjoy ridiculing your movement:

1) It promotes conspiracy theories, especially Trutherism. I remember Sept 11th quite vividly and I find these theories offensive. See, you guys didn't see the raw, live footage of burning bodies flailing their way down the side of a skyscraper. You didn't see the raw, live footage of piles of body parts. I did.
2) It promotes alt-med quackery. Case in point: The cancer movie Merola's brother made and TZM endorses. This deeply, deeply offends me.
3) It convinces well meaning (albeit misguided) young people to not take part in the political process, a process I have a lot of respect for. It essentially tells these kids not to exercise one of the greatest freedoms a person living in a liberal democracy can have: the right to choose your leaders.
4) I like making fun of stupid shit. TZM is stupid shit.

So there you have it. There's no great mystery. There's no secret agenda. That's all there is. I have never been a member of TZM nor have I ever been a supporter of TZM. Ever.

^A thousand times. Well, except the first one, I wasn't actually there on 9/11, but from the way you talk about it, Matt, I assume you were...

No, I wasn't there. But all the initial video was live, raw and uncensored.

I also watched people jumping from the towers in real time. About 18 months after 9/11 I stood at Ground Zero and saw the devastation with my own eyes, and also saw a pile of junk that had fallen from the towers which included peoples' personal effects, a cell phone and a woman's shoe.

I challenge any Zeitgeist Movement conspiracy theorist to stand at Ground Zero and sing the praises of arch-Truther and cult leader Peter Joseph Merola.

Its easy to sit and watch the clean footage on YouTube over and over and over looking for stupid anomalies. A lot harder to watch raw, live footage with people dying.

A friend of mine lives in New York and watched it happen. Also another friend was working in the Pentagon that day. Along with all the rubble and wreckage on the ground he also saw body parts.

The movies are not the movement and Peter is not the leader, yet the movement gears up for Peter's movies from translating them to promoting each time Peter makes one. Why can't someone else make a movie and make TZM people translate it and promote it?

TZM has no real proof just a ideology that they attempt to push off as science when it's untested. Just because it involves no money automatically means it's better?
Peter on numerous occasion spit in the faces of 9/11 victims.

TZM is a cult that worships Peter Joseph and his movies.

Ed V the guy who thinks he can resolve and figure out all the worlds issues and peoples intentions with a single blog post.

If anyone is going to end up looking like a twat its this guy Ed V, he claims to have figured me out, and now Muertos out. I long ago ignored this dude because he just made things up about me that simply werent true, it was ok though he had his little moment in the spotlight where 5 people read his blogs about me haha.

Basically noone cares about me or you muertos, so anything Ed writes about us is just another fail on the internet by another conspiracy theorising ZM fanboy.

Heres what Ed V says about me:

" To make matters perfectly clear once more, 'Anti Cultist,' 'Edward Scissorhands' and 'Mr Jones' are all the same person. He is one of the fiercest vocal Zeitgeist critics. While he maintains that he was once a supporter of the Zeitgeist Movement, I have ample evidence - in his own words - that he was nothing of the kind. I reckon that some folks would possibly label him as a 'cointelpro,' since he was a person who joined the movement - pretended to be genuine - only later to discredit it by any means possible. But, I wouldn't go that far. Not that I'm that opposed to conspiracy theories but I think it isn't the case here."

No Ed V just thinks I was a troll for my entire membership :) Even though he has nothing other than me admitting I created a few different accounts on their forum towards the end of me being a member. At the point where I was having lots of misgivings about the place and wanted to test if my worries were founded in reality. So I tested it out with some alt accounts on their membership only to be proven right, where I left their forum of my own accord with all accounts [I personally closed them down] and never posted there again, then I started to write my blog about them.

Ed V's only focus is to call people trolls and hope that is enough to discredit them completely [this doesnt work Ed sorry], at the end of my membership [the last month or two of nearly 2 years being there] I became a troll and a critic on there sure. There is no doubt that I started to think the place was a shithole, in the beginning this was not the case though. Thats the thing Ed V cant grasp, he sees things in black and white and says once a troll always a troll, he cant seem to comprehend how people can change their minds and move on to different beliefs based on new information.

Anyway my final point: TL;DR

As you can see from Ed V's statement about me, he not only believes in cointelpro and thinks I exhibit the characteristics, he also claims hes a believer in conspiracy theories too.

COINTELPRO ended in 1971, why do these goofballs talk about it as if its still an active program. The reason people even know about the existence of COINTELPRO is because it ended.

They dont believe it ended, they truly believe its still ongoing as a policy the government do on all counter status quo groups.
