Gotta finish the first draft of my book till next month, then I'll have to wait for better studies and sources, so the final edit should be somewhere around March. Maybe I'll start my own networking site parallel to the launch, gotta talk this thing over with my web guy. Can't do much worse than TZM though.

I can't stop posting pictures of poop, what the fuck is wrong with me? Level: 5 CS Original | @TeeZeedem no, I want to help humanity, but how can i help humanity if I'm banned from TZM? The same movement my Zeitgeist movement supports. Peter says that you can't help humanity through activisms and you can't help humanity through helping the poor because it's worthless. The only way to help people or real help is to join the Zeitgeist movement and promote Peter's movies. I would like to do that, I don't want no more band-aid fixes for me. I want to help humanity by spreading Peter's movies around the world and making Peter famous with money or not. Don't you get it! The economic system spawned 9/11!

Genuine American Monster Level: 70 CS Original | Confirmation bias at work again, How come whackos only quote Ron Paul when he says what they like and not when he is talking about evolution being a lie and homosexuality being a sin? Why don't they praise his refusal to fund education or vote for environmental protection laws? Why don't they love him for receiving donations from the Aryan Nations or posing for pictures with militias? Ron Paul is not received around here. He is viciously ridiculed because only fringe whackadoos who know nothing about the legislative process are fans of Ron Paul.

Level: 1 CS Original | @ Matt 1. He doesn't want the government funding education because as a free market capitalist he believes rightly or wrongly that the government being involved in anything drives up the cost of that service because the government cannot manage taxpayer's money effectively and get good value for the dollar. There is no incentive to do so. 2. Again as a pure free market capitalist, he doesn't believe that government regulation of any kind is beneficial to solving problems, he believes that the markets through consumer pressure will force companies to be more accountable. So called voting with your wallet. 3. The mainstream media really had to dig for that KKK donation as they were lacking in other dirt to throw. Maybe he should have returned it, but his reasoning was it was better that his campaign use the money to further his libertarian agenda rather than to return the money to the Aryan Brotherhood were it could be funnelled to more sympathetic candidates. I guess the question should be is Ron Paul a racist? Has he demonstrated rascist tendencies anywhere in the public sphere? Where is the corroborating evidence? @Billll

Genuine American Monster Level: 70 CS Original | @TeeZee, I don't think you're an American or you would know what sort of dangerous nutballs make up the American militia movement. Ron Paul does not want to bring you a magical land of rainbows, no wars and legalized pot. If he had his way, he would probably bring some Randroidian nightmare wasteland where free market fundamentalism rules every aspect of life. I don't think you know what being a "constitutionalist" even means. Its just some buzzword you picked up online.

Level: 1 CS Original | @ Muertos To address your blog. I believe Ron Paul is on the wrong side of this issue. He should stick to economic commentary and leave the science to the scientists. I fully believe that human beings have an impact on our global climate as is supported by the scientific evidence. But aside from that, from Ron Paul's view he probably feels the free market, bereft of any regulation could solve the climate crisis when one arose. This of course goes against the grain for me as waiting till something gets so bad you can make a profit off solving it is counterintuitive. To address your use of the National Review. It was determined that those articles in question were most likely not written by him and he has never expressed similar views in any public forum. Should he have been more aware of what was going out with his name on it? Definitely. But to be so vitriolic in print, you would think you see the same expressed in his public and private life. But as far as I know, no one has dug that up or come forward. He actually voted for Martin Luther King Day, he opposed any marriage amendment as it goes against the constitution and he believes that the Federal government has no place in private affairs. @Matt As for the militia are you talking about your "winter soldier's" or "oathkeepers"? Say what you will about Ron Paul, he has never voted against your founding document. But that being said he does push the free market entirely too much.

Well, that's big of you! Forgive me if I fail to be impressed by you deciding not to endorse the promotion of a blatant and well-proven fraud. What do you think the fact that Ron Paul promotes this fraud, and this conspiracy theory, says about his general honesty and veracity? My guess is you're not quite so willing to address that issue.
This is a bunch of crap and you know it. Ron Paul was closely associated with vitriolic, racist, anti-Semitic and conspiracy screeds for decades--writings that went out under his name and which he clearly endorsed. You can't pretend that he's backed away from any of this simply because you wish he wasn't a racist. Ron Paul is a racist, a liar and a conspiracy theorist. I'm not sure how your intellectual contortionism is going to get around that.
Name an American politician who ever has. You speak of this as if it's such a common occurrence, and the irreproachable Ron Paul is such a bright shining beacon for the Constitution that he's a refreshing anomaly. Another bullshit argument.

Genuine American Monster Level: 70 CS Original | @TeeZeeDem, No one who seriously follows American politics cares about Ron Paul or his wacky agenda to OMG AUDIT THE FED! "The Fed" gets audited regularly. You want to see what Ron Paul does in Washington? Look here: http://votesmart.org/summary.php?can_id=296 Basically, Ron Paul votes no on absolutely everything except bills related to letting people carry or buy guns. That's about it. His "job" is to sit in Washington and vote against allowing public funding to be used to for pretty much anything. He's a fringe right wing political fluke from an area of Texas filled with people who would eat you for breakfast just because you're Canadian. Much less for peddling your weirdo science fiction communism. This shit is so absurd. I doubt you even follow you own country's politics enough to make much of an informed opinion, much less mine. GTFO with this Paultard stuff. Ron Paul is not a hero, he's a damn right wing fundamentalist Christian who you somehow believe thinks cares about ending wars. The only reason Ron Paul cares about war is because money is spent on it. If war were free, Ron Paul wouldn't say a damn thing about it and would go back to voting no on allowing kids to have a decent education and government assistance. Ron Paul lives in a magical fantasy land where the United States is an agrarian paradise from coast to coast and we should all pay for our live chickens with gold coins. He is not some anti-war activist. The only reason Ron Paul is an anti-war activist to you is because you believe in some retarded YouTube version of him instead of the real thing.

Level: 1 CS Original | @ Muertos Actually I was going to ask for corroborating evidence. But I went out and found some. No intellectual contortionism needed. Here is the secondary source. So you are most likely correct. http://ronpaulsurvivalreport.blogspot.com/2007/12/faq-ron-paul-and-his-racist-newsletter.html</p> I'm not intractable or unreasonable by any means. So it boils down to either he is a reformed racist, or a reformed incompetent. As to which politician has voted against the constitution, every politician who voted for the Patriot Act, the Military Commissions Act of 2006 for example. The use of signing statements as a clear violation of Constitution as it violates the powers enumerated to the three branches of government, allowing the executive to arbitrarily change statutes as passed by congress effectively to ignore the parts the executive does not agree with based on the executives interpretation of the new law. And honestly, most of your politicians probably don't even realise they are voting against the constitution as few have time to read the entire bill put before them before the vote.

Level: 1 CS Original | Yeesh, another lesson learned today. Don't talk about Ron Paul. This entire Ron Paul segue got started because I happened to agree that 9/11 happened because of US foreign policy and I get roped into defending a man whose idea that we should let free markets rule and go back to a gold standard fly in the face of what I stand for. Honestly I think I take these stances just to be in opposition and this is not to my credit. So let's put an end to this. I'm sorry I mentioned his name. I promise not to do it again. What about Dennis Kucinich? Any racist or pedophile allegation landmines I need to watch out for?

Lesson here: Just because someone is a member of the House and speaks out against government in some way, doesn't mean they aren't just like all the others there, in fact usually they're much more insane. Paul, Kucinich, Bachman, these people are all insane to me. They don't contribute a god damn thing or offer a single decent suggestion, ever.
