The Zeitgeist followers are the biggest liars on the earth, what they believe in is Socialism and possible communism. The fact they worship that piece of CIA shill "Peter" is proof that they are a goddless organization (a dangerous one at that) that I would like no part of.

This thread wasn't to debunk anything. It was to have a laugh at VTV.

There are many threads where the issues you're raising are discussed seriously. The tone for this thread was set in the subject line.

I'm a religous fanatic how? Because I pointed out that many of them don't believe in god? The fact that with simple media such as the Ziegtist that they can and have completley alters ones view of the world; and it changes there whole life? I think that is dangerous wether they believe in a god or not, simply because it's one minute "Ok, don't watch any mainstream news media (which in reality, you shouldn't it's all about money to those people)" the next it could possible be "Convert as many christians as possible", then worse yet it could be "Bomb every christian chruch you see" and that's whhy I said that they are dangerous, the fact that thet use media to alter the view of someone else and use them for there own selfish gain.

To say Alex Jones is selling me stuff....is really patronzing. At least he stands up for what he believes.

This is further discrediting you. You claim I live some sort of cushy lifestyle when you know nothing about me. You think I am fat for not taking care of myself and you still know nothing about me. I actually eat rather healthy and I am very active. My mother was the same way and still gained weight. Even when I was at the height of my athletic ability winning every tournament I entered and active in the Martial Arts I was still heavy. This is data you don't have and it is why you looked like an idiot for saying it. Not only is it not in any way relevant that I am fat, I am not even fat for any of the reasons you just claimed I am. And what is worse there is no reason at all you could even think you were in a position to make any educated comments on the subject. And even if I were fat for the reasons you were trying to elude to it would really have nothing to do with the validity or lack of validity of the Venus Project.

And I am certainly not living some sort of padded lifestyle. You see this is the ad hominem. Because your trying to say something about me personally discredits me on a subject. And is worse your speculating and lying about my personal life while doing so. You should put in an application at Fox news. I am sure they could use more people like you.

@ VTV: You still haven't addressed the Zeitgeist Movement's reliance on conspiracy theories, or Peter Merola's insistence that the movement keep using them to gain followers.

What I don't understand is how weight and lifestyle have anything to do with debating theories and facts. I can see a concern with poor grammar - that can have an impact on intelligence and ability to analyze details. Unless the guy is soaking in vegetable oils and eating McDonalds 5 times a day (which could affect cognition and memory), I don't see why weight and lifestyle are important here.

Of course, physical / mental disabilities such as Aspergers certainly can have relevance in this sort of debate.

I addressed the Venus Project's position on conspiracy theories. I know that all conspiracy stuff gets moved to our Miscellaneous forum. This is the least active and stuff gets put there for not being relevant to what we are doing. That's good enough for me.

People can believe in conspiracy theories or not believe in them and still value a Resource Based Economy.

They can also still be religious or not religious.

None of that is really important. Everyone in the end will get what they want except for the elitists if what we propose for society goes through. No more false flag operations who may or may not be flying planes into buildings. No more poverty, war, etc.

By definition it is not an ad hominem to personally insult someone you are debating unless you use that insult to not address their arguments. They are called LOGICAL FALLACIES for a reason. Its not an ad hominem NECESSARILY just because that person might act like an asshole.

Also you ARE still ignoring my issues with the Zeitgeist Movement and their forum, I did make the point more than once.

I said you lived a comfortable lifestyle, which compared to someone who lives in Darfur or Haiti, I think is pretty damn comfortable.
