Yes, this is how you build a successful movement. It makes WorldNetDaily look sane and responsible.

"It makes WorldNetDaily look sane and responsible."

So profound and yet so sad.

"Zeitgeist is a crackpot conspiracy movement. What do you expect?"

That's a good question.

I guess I keep viewing it as if it were going to magically transform into an actual activist group even though I know it really won't.

Also the Superman thing was really awesome.

"It sounds like all of the responders here have never begun to search within themselves for answers. That's too bad, because believe it or not, that will be our salvation. If we don't start doing so, no city or venus project will save humanity."

@aaron,

Probably some privileged kid at college wondering why everyone doesn't want the same peace and love that he does.

When you don't have to worry about bills and food it is easy to ponder such notions.

That's very true. The person who introduced me to the Zeitgeist movie currently lives with his parents in Florida (near the Venus Project actually) and has no desire to get a job. He thinks society is silly and the government is evil, so he sees no point in partaking in work. Upon watching Z1, I did a search for debunkings and found this site. I sent the link to him, to which he admitted he had not considered the possibility that it was greatly invalid. He proceeded to send me Obama Deception, which I watched along with Edward's line by line debunking on this site.

The last time I spoke to him, he discussed some Hollow Earth initiative online. They're determined to prove that Earth is hollow, I guess.

If you're reading this, my friend, I don't mean any harm.

Some people just like to read and watch whacky stuff, I think they want reality to be weirder than it already is.

By the way Michael P who made those quotes above is a grown up man with a wife and kids :S
Perhaps his kids are in for a hard time. Hes already admitted he was ramming his pov to some people in a bar regarding the polish air tragedy. He is just one of those gullible guys who wants things to be different to what they are and sides with fringe shit above real shit.

I dont understand why people cant simply accept that the Earth is already weird enough without these peculiar people adding stuff to it.

Four years ago, I sold educational encyclopedias door-to-door in New Mexico. When I gave my pitch to a man at his door, he quickly declined, saying that he will not expose his children to the lies in the US education books. He said he will home school his children about the true history of America and the world really works. I can imagine him closing the door and returning to talking on Above Top Secret.
