I watched clip 2 on that site you sourced and you said you could clearly see the plane. i watched a dozen times and gave up, can someone post a link to a screen shot please?

Because all I saw in either videos was a cop car then an explosion.

Even some Truthers reject the idea that no plane struck the Pentagon:

So, even Truthers acknowledge that a plane was involved at the Pentagon. It then becomes a question of "who was flying the plane?" Well, the gubmint, of course.

The problem with people wanting "clear" evidence of a plane hitting the Pentagon is that you're wanting something that the security cameras were not capable of giving you.

These are not Hollywood film cameras, they are shitty security cameras with crap frame rates.

Have you ever seen a car move like that? I mean, aside from a 16 year old student driver being behind the wheel. I haven't. Now, speed that car up to the velocity Flight 77 was traveling at and you probably wouldn't even see the cop car at all. Like I said, these are security cameras with shitty frame rates.

At the end of this video, you can clearly see a white object come in from the right hand side of the screen and strike the side of the Pentagon. Now, I cannot "prove" to you that this is Flight 77, but if you weigh the information rationally it is pretty clear what happened. But I can safely say that, to me, this is clearly a plane hitting the Pentagon.

If you want to use this video as the sole piece of evidence that Flight 77 struck the Pentagon, of course you're going to have questions. But if you use this video along with all of the other information about Flight 77, there just aren't very many questions left to answer.
