A fellow named Jack Strange, who is a former CT'er who is gradually becoming won over to the skeptics' point of view, interviewed me the other day for a video project he's working on. He interviewed me last fall as well on various CT topics, and to my surprise he put our 1.5 hour rap session on Sunday up on YouTube pretty much raw and unedited.

Well, none of them are really about that. In Life Without Giamotti, one character who is a conspiracy theorist commits a murder out of delusional motives, sort of like Loughner (the book was written in 2005 long before that). There are some joking CT references in Beowulf Is Boring. But nothing really dealing with skepticism or science as a major theme.

I like the part when Muertos said he does not listen to lady gaga. I like the fact that in the interview their was sort of a discussion on aspergers which I totally agree with Muertos stance on people with this syndrome are easily more influenced than others. I agree with Muertos that he (as well as most CS members) doesn't focus much into CT health aspects but I can only conclude the reason why CS does not is because most CT organization focus on 9/11, reptilians or other popular CT material that people already know about rather than health related CT material although things like fluoride CT's, anti-vaccination believers, and AIDS deniers seem to be the most popular health related CT's. If any health related CT's is interesting enough I suppose I can debunk that but I've not seen any health related CT that's worth a debunk besides fluoride CT's.

I liked how Muertos mention how cults use CT's as a way to market their organization. I kind of wish Meurtos in the interview would of elaborated on this more in the interview but I think it would be even better if he could elaborate on this in a blog; as I think many individuals from the outside looking in or maybe individuals from the inside looking out could better understand why cults would market CT material.

I thought it was interesting how Muertos talked about Osama Bin Ladens burial a bit. I do agree that dumping Bin Ladens by the sea in the manner they did was for the best; However information about the Osama Bin laden burial was scattered throughout the net. I basically fell under the crowd who didn't know the full story about Osama Bin Laden until you and others helped piece it together for me. I don't actively search for news articles everyday I pretty much have three news sources I check on a daily bases so finding out the whole story on Osama Bin laden seems to be a puzzle piece requiring a person to assemble the pieces from different websites to see the whole picture. I think the information about Osama Bin Laden should of been released a bit faster so internet news media's could get it right.

Overall I thought the interview was pretty good.

Thanks Billl, glad you enjoyed it.

This guy has interviewed me several times. Originally he seemed pretty sympathetic to CT's, and he was very interested in "faked death" CT's (for instance he seemed to believe that Saddam's execution was faked, for what possible reason he didn't say). However after talking to him extensively over several months he seems to be coming out of that rabbit hole. He's definitely not a Truther and is highly skeptical of Alex Jones as you can tell from this interview.

@Muertos I didn't know he interviewed you in the past I'll have to check out his youtube channel more. I can see he is still stuck in some CT stuff but he does seem to be coming out of it.
