Hate to break it to the Larping Superhero, but attorneys cost money. If you don't have enough money to pay your Internet bill, you probably don't have enough money to sue someone for making fun of you on the Internet.

Instead of court paperwork maybe he should try filling out a job application. Oh wait, an employer might expect him to do more than flap his mouth for 12 hours a month.

Oh lord. What are the grounds for this lawsuit? Would he not have to prove that his livelihood was negatively impacted by what Kush has said, and that what Kush said was so egregiously erroneous that it caused harm? Anyway, whatever. This isn't going to pan out the way VTV wants it to.

I know people that do radio shows as a hobby that do it more successfully and don't ask a dime from their audience at all and manage that with having a job and a family.

I don't see how VTV says he does a lot of work in this nor will I ever take VTV's word on anything at that. I've never seen such e-begging before. If VTV focused his efforts on getting a job it be less of a hassle than relying on people to sustain himself and his kids.

@ Kaiser - Yes he would have to prove something like that, which he can't. VTV has no livelihood so he's got no case there. He might be able to squeak by with a lawsuit if he had Kush spreading complete fabrications. If I remember correctly it was VTV himself who asked for money not to support the show, but because he couldn't afford his rent. That's begging.
Around here judges are getting fed up with frivolous lawsuits and they're not too nice when confronted with one.

Maybe Kush should take up the "my comments could have been edited at any point" defense. Well, he should if this case even had a snowball's chance in hell of being treated seriously in a court of law.

And being that he had no financial backing that fell apart, or he had a business reputation that had a public image to destroy, its clear that the onloy thing that VTV actually has is he is personally offended at being called a begger.

But now he thinks begging a judge will help ?

Judge says: "Case closed go home Neil and get a fucking job and stop wasting my time"

I know someone that tried the cheeseburger. It doesn't look as bad as it sounds and I've seen worse frozen. Not sure about the chicken, just doesn't seem right.
