My sister was in an accident today a few blocks away from home. For the most part she's alright, but she was experiencing a lot of anxiety. I ran over to the scene to help her out. When I got there I got in the car with her to calm her down. The officers asked her to get out of the car to speak with her. I saw it as an opportunity to get out and look at the rear of the car (where it had been hit.) After inspecting it, I was just standing there. The officer told me to get back in the car and I silently refused. My sister (who was still panicking) told me to get in the car, so to ensure that she didn't get any more upset I obliged. I slowly walked over to the door, got in, and closed the door inch by inch. During the whole experience the officer was taunting me, saying he would arrest me because I was "obstructing." This left me feeling uneasy to say the least. Ever since when can somebody control the movement of your body. It's sad that they are under the illusion that they have authority.

Keep telling yourself it's an illusion. He says he got back in the car because his sister asked him to, but I have a feeling that his tough rebellion ended when the cop told him to get in the car originally.
