I've started posting long essay on my blog which details my entire history in the realm of conspiracy theories and debunking. This is definitely a very personal journey for me, and one I think may be of interest to others. I started writing it a few months ago but decided not to post it. For better or worse, I've changed my mind.

I'm calling it "Confessions of a Disinformation Agent!"

disappointment. this is it right there, conspiracy nuts probably on some level know how silly they are but to admit that most of the time things are exactly as they they appear, well that would just make their world come down. i remember how disappointed i was when i started thinking about the stuff i really enjoyed, stuff about ancient cultures - once i realized the 'evidence' was missing i was furious at myself for being silly. but i guess we are all entitled to be kids at some point, too bad some live to be fresco's age and still be total whack jobs.
