Apparently there are people saying that a FEMA camp exists in Harding, Montannah.

he KNOWS its not a FEMA camp yet he ALSO beleives in the NWO. I thought that according to them, anything, even that prison was to be used as a FEMA camp.

Yes, the reconstruction and relocation EO. What is the problem with this one? It only dictates how the reconstruction efforts and the temporary housing will be coordinated and implemented.

I believe that all detailed answers should be posted publicly, barring they don't have private information in them. Many people read these forums for information though they are not members so getting people the most detailed information possible is imperative.

To address the original post, this is nothing new. There has been a list of supposed FEMA camps being passed around and added to since 1996. Though I've yet to finish it, I started analyzing every claimed location:

You'll find that even open locations without fences or buildings are considered FEMA camp locations, just because "it'd be a good place to put one" as described by one CT. They also include federal prisons of any sort as active FEMA camps.

Insanity doesn't take much of a stretch.
