Umm, exactly what help are you looking for?

If the NWO wanted to carry out some form of population control and detainment, it would seem that their name and apparent ethos is world control. So shouldn't FEMA camps be all over the world ?

It seems kind of funny that they only appear in the USA, which implies that the NWO don't give a shit about anywhere but the USA, or more accurately that the FEMA camps are merely something to do with US policy only and have no evil world population sub plot whatsoever.


The obvious should never be overlooked. Focusing on all the bullshit claims conspiracy theorists make, just distracts you from seeing the obvious bullshit that it is.

Bottom line:

If FEMA were an NWO plot, then they are failing as they are only in the USA.
It is obvious they are not a nefarious world dominating plan because they only appear in the USA.
This shows they have nothing to do world plans and are only something to do with US/FEMA national policy.

If 'some people' claim it is a world plot, where is the evidence ?

I live in the UK and am close enough to get accurate information and news about Europe and we have no such issues, claims or problem at all.

It has everything to do with international warfare, terrorism and hostile threats. It is basically an economic sanction on all international assets that are acquired or attempted by hostiles within US jurisdiction. This is a matter of simple economic warfare and has been a part of warfare probably since time began, this is just a legal document that puts guidelines and restrictions upon it. Stripping your enemies of their economic and trade assets within your territories allows you to close and minimise any internal threats, and weaken your enemy.

This also can only be applied with the authority of congress and all such instances of utilisation of the act have to be ran past congress and reported.

"The President, in every possible instance, shall consult with the
Congress before exercising any of the authorities granted by this
chapter and shall consult regularly with the Congress so long as such
authorities are exercised."

It also does not mean that it is applicable to international territories that have nothing to do with the USA. For instance this is not applicable in the UK, France or anywhere else in the world. That is unless we go to war against you and we have assets and hostiles within your borders or areas of national jurisdiction. Then this act would be allowed to be used on our financial assets. This is not international as the name implies, rather a US policy to impose economic/trade sanctions and liquidation of hostile financial assets.
