We could potentially tell people about a RBE, about the corruption of the Monetary system. Why they are in Jail, reveal to them why they are there, and how they can change. This could help the emotional structure of the prisoner, and educate them of a better world. Were they don't have to steal, were they don't have to kill for money. We would only talk to people that are sent there that are in direct correlation with the monetary system. You don't have to talk to the killers, the serial killer guy's they are truly hopeless. Just like religion has changed criminals the zeitgeist can help change everyone else! I think this could be a good idea to spread the word. I was watching Zeitgeist Addendum and came to this conclusion, we could spread the word in the Penal system. So what do you guy's think?

Sure. Telling people that they aren't bad, but the world is and it's all the fault of the awful money will really help those guys.

Or they'll just hand out their newsletter! Which is really "new" as most stuff isn't just copied material from the guides and blogs...oh, wait.

Yeah, I read the thread unveiling it.

It appears whoever wrote that has an honesty problem, because members are having to point out what's wrong with it.

That considers inmates could give two shits about any of that stuff. Makes as much sense as suggesting it in a 12-step rehab program.

Peter Joseph, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.

Could you imagine a Zeitgeister going into prison ready to preach about Zeitgeist and getting gassed?

I kinda imagine some Zeitgeisters doing those things without prisons.

The "robot family" was not the worst idea I encountered in my time in there.

Somehow reminds me of:

"Just like religion has changed criminals the zeitgeist can help change everyone else!"

So...it's going to change the non-criminals? Won't that turn them into criminals?

"Just like religion has changed criminals the zeitgeist can help change everyone else!"

Going to be a short conversation when about the first thing any prisoner is going to ask is about how to get a place to live and a job to pay the bills once they get outside..

Somehow, the answer of, just wait isn't really going to cut it..

lol...Zeitgeisters still showing their lack of understanding and education of psychology and human nature. They just want to throw a person's responsibility out the window, blame society, and leave it up to Zeitgeist education and Venus Project fantasy to change criminals and violators completely. I wonder what they will say if these same criminals also see that their ideas aren't realistic? "You are just a felon blinded by capitalism and you don't understand the Zeitgeist Orientation!"

> see that their ideas aren't realistic

This is the number one reason why, in the thousands of forums I'm in, I've yet to even mention TVP/TZM in the majority of them, simply because I'd be laughed at. (Not that I have too much of a problem with that anyhow, but I prefer to be laughed at because the person is stupid, not because the idea is stupid..)

The few places the subject already has come up, or I've mentioned it in passing, the piss taking has been huge, and the time given to it by serious folk (As in people who actually keep the world running, from millionaire container fleet operators, to people who do firmware for air traffic control systems.) is so low, that you are lucky if they bother to take the time to say that looks silly.. (They tend to use slightly more hostile language, as these are not the kind of folk who suffer fools gladly..)

My hope was that at some point, TVP/TZM's main thrust of scientific reasoning would prevale, and I could mention them by showing how sensible their solutions was.

As, without realistic solutions most people will not take them seriously, and they will be stuck forever on the fringes.

What scientific reasoning?

There is no scientific reasoning.

There has never been any scientific reasoning.

There will never be any scientific reasoning.

Rejecting Christianity does not automatically make one a scientist. That really seems to be the mindset of the Zeitgeisters: that if you shun mainstream religion, it means everything you do is scientific. Which, is totally wrong on so many levels.
