She will retain ownership of all their work and they will have no rights to them I should imagine. So if there is a contract the above will be an exclusive and world territory based indefinite term. | |||||

 Level: 3 CS Original | Matt thevenusprojectdesign.com people are working with Fresco, they aren't some kids who just decided to render his pictures. They were working on the Earth 2.0 movie before the director decided to leave Fresco behind. Most likely there is a contract or verbal agreement. He is getting high quality renders for free from these people sounds like a great deal for him. | |||||

Roxanne would start on her email campaigns sending out stupid ass cease and desist messages like she did in the past. If they have exclusive terms in the contract and peter and tzm arent involved in it, tvp can ask tzm to remove all of it. Peter has no rights to go against their wishes as long as Roxanne can prove copyright ownership and breach has taken place. It would just be a simple matter of warnings and dialogues/threats. | |||||

Genuine American Monster Level: 70 CS Original | Q1) How many people do you have working at TVPDesign TVPDesign was founded by Andrew Buxton & Julita Wielgat in 2008 when it was originally called TheUKProject, further to our dealings with Jacque & Roxanne at TVP we merged with them and became TVPDesign. ----- @Sky, Clever people can create wonderful loopholes in contracts. All the FAQ tells me is that they "merged." I have never once doubted Fresco's intelligence, only his sincerity. That's the basis of my questions. Where am I going wrong? | |||||

Level: 3 CS Original | Yes I am sure Fresco has it worked out so that if they tried to use the images for themselves and not the Venus Project, he could stop them. But he's not going to sue them just for making these images because he was the one who asked them to do it and it wouldn't make any sense. | |||||
